NEW DISCOVERIES.
At the comic book store last week, I was browsing through the manga to find a couple of new titles to latch onto. I used the Tokyopop discount offer to get a sampling of their offerings, mostly American-made manga, but I did order "Dragon Head." I can't stop reading good things other bloggers have to say about that title.
But I did find a couple that garnered more than an eyeful from me. Those were Mushishi (Del Ray) and Shaman Warrior (Dark Horse; more here, here and here).
They both look like interesting titles that I'll try in the near future. Right now the titles I read with any regularity are "Initial D," "Banana Fish," "Crying Freeman," "Phoenix," "Buddha," and, yes, "Naruto."
